Bulhão Pato clams
Clams sautéed in olive oil, garlic, white wine and coriander. Bulhão Patoclamis a traditional Portuguese dish, probably originally from Almada. The name of this delicacy is said to be a tribute to an early 20th century Portuguese poet, Raimundo António de Bulhão Pato after he mentioned the recipe in one of his books.

Spiny lobster, shrimps, shelled cockles, clams, mussels, crab meat, shellfish broth and our sauce. A “cataplana” is a shell-shaped copper pan from the Algarve used to cook fish and shellfish. The steam generated in the pan enhances the flavour and freshness of the ingredients. Average cooking time: 25 minutes
